Swiftcell ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Swiftcell Excel Add-in, a productivity toolkit for Microsoft Excel that provides reusable formatting templates, number format tools, and content management features for finance professionals (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Subscription & Billing: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details — these are held by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage) through Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics. We send an anonymised user identifier to GA4 to understand aggregate product usage patterns. We do not send your name, email, or any cell/workbook content to analytics services.
Content Library Data: Components you save to the content library (formatting styles, number formats, range blocks) are stored in our database. We do not access or read the content of your Excel workbooks beyond the specific cells you choose to save.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process subscriptions and payments; improve the Service through aggregated analytics; communicate important updates about your account or the Service; and provide customer support.

4. Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and is protected using row-level security policies. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and database access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
